Masculine and feminine energies exist within all of us, regardless of our gender identity or sexual orientation, and can be explored, expressed, and balanced within each of us. Likewise, these teachings can enhance any relationship, not just heteronormative ones, or even romantic ones. The principles of conscious communication, sacred intimacy, and embodied presence are universally applicable, whether you’re in a same-sex relationship, a heterosexual relationship, a polyamorous relationship, or you’re single.
