All coaching packages require a 6-month minimum commitment and will include a combination of the following depending on your needs and goals:
- 3 x 60-minute or two 90 minute calls per month: Personalized deep dive sessions that cater to your individual or relational depth and growth..
- Enrollment to in-person co-ed Immersions: Participate in transformative immersions like the Art of Sacred Intimacy or Advanced Practice Groups, designed to deepen your understanding and mastery of embodiment and relational practice.
- Private in-person retreats: Experience the power of focused, intensive growth and edge work in either Sedona or Austin, tailored to your personal or couple’s journey.
- Enrollment to The Embodied Men’s Leadership Training or The 1000-Hour Teacher Training programs: Expand your skills and knowledge with comprehensive training programs that foster leadership, teaching ability, and personal development.
- Personalized yogic, meditative and embodiment practices designed to expand nervous system capacity, vitality and sexual intimacy.
