A 5-minute embodiment practice where John guides you through a 2-step process for working with difficult emotions and triggers. Most of the pain we feel is the rejection of what is, so this practice accomplishes two things: 1. It moves the energy that needs to move, and 2. It realigns your capacity to be with pain and other feelings you are rejecting.
