The 1000-Hour Teacher Training
PRACTITIONERS DO NOT HAVE TO BE ON THE 1000-HOUR CERTIFICATION TRACK IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM. YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN YEARS 1-3 SOLELY FOR THE ADVANCED PRACTICE AND TEACHINGS.
YEAR 1: IMMERSION
A full immersion into the practices of Masculine & Feminine Embodiment, Sexual Intimacy, and Sacred Intimacy. This year is focused on your practice to help you strengthen your energetic capacity, and expand your range of expression and depth.
True teaching mastery comes from embodying the practice within yourself, not just understanding it intellectually. It’s about teaching from your lived experience rather than from concepts.
YEAR 2: REFINEMENT
While continuing to deepen in your practice, year 2 is about discovering and refining your offering. You will sharpen and expand your ability to create and hold structure in your life and teachings. You will also have the opportunity to receive rigorous feedback around your growth edges. All of this in service of discovering what your deepest offering is.
Through holding structure and receiving feedback, you will identify areas for growth and refinement, ultimately leading to a more authentic and impactful teaching transmission. You will uncover your deepest offerings, enhancing your ability to connect with and guide your students with greater clarity, and depth.
YEAR 3: TRANSMISSION
You are The Teaching. Master the subtleties of energetic flow, create the meticulous space that amplifies love and consciousness, and continue to purify your vessel, so the truth of your voice and the depth of your transmission penetrate the world with maximum impact.
You will have opportunities to teach and create unique offerings for your peers while receiving structured feedback. Through this process your authenticity and depth of transmission are enhanced, allowing you to impact your students and the world profoundly.

HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS
THIS PROGRAM IS EXPERIENTIAL VS CLASSROOM STYLE IN NATURE. SIMILAR TO HOW MARTIAL ARTS AND DANCE ARE TAUGHT. EACH STUDENT IS ENCOURAGED TO TAKE THE FOUNDATIONS OF FEMININE & MASCULINE EMBODIMENT, AND SEXUAL INTIMACY TO CRAFT THEIR OWN INSPIRED OFFERINGS.
WHILE THE PROGRAM IS FILLED WITH TECHNIQUE DRIVEN PRACTICE, THE CAPACITY TO TEACH IS CUMULATIVE BASED ON YOUR PERSONAL DEPTH OF PRACTICE. THESE TEACHINGS GO BEYOND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL SET AND EMPOWER STUDENTS TO BECOME SKILLED PRACTITIONERS WHO EMBODY THE TEACHINGS.
PROGRAM HOURS
Each program year includes 330 hours of practice and training towards certification. The program includes monthly 3-hour training calls, four 5-day intensives, teaching cohorts, mentor groups, practice and homework groups, and weekly live embodiment practice Zoom sessions.
ASSISTANT TRAINING FOR CERTIFICATION
Assistant training is a core tenet in strengthening and developing the nervous system capacity to lead and hold deep work. Therefore, for those pursuing the 1000-hour teacher certification, assistant training in long term programs and live immersions is offered to accrue hours. These opportunities begin in year 2 and involve an application process.
MENTOR GROUPS
Tailored mentorship groups for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students to support you in deepening your practice, teaching and transmission.
TEACHING COHORTS
These are small group offerings focused on a specific area of study. These may include: leading masculine and feminine practice, shadow work, or how to structure a new offering. Cohorts will be offered throughout the year and led by 3rd year students with assistance from 2nd year students.
PRACTICE AND HOMEWORK GROUPS
These groups are an important part of the program. You will get support in working on monthly assignments, receive feedback, and have the opportunity to work in paired and group practices.
LIVE WEEKLY EMBODIMENT PRACTICE
These weekly practice sessions are led by 2nd and 3rd year students. The purpose of these sessions are twofold: If you are leading a session you will gain experience in creating an offering, teaching and receiving feedback for refinements. If you are attending a session you are learning the art of clear and precise feedback, which is an essential component of this program. 1st and 2nd year students are required to attend a minimum of 8 sessions through the program. 3rd year students must teach a minimum of 2 sessions.
PEER REVIEWED CERTIFICATION
Those who complete 3 years of the 1000-Hour Teacher Training will be considered for certification. The final certification process is highly rigorous and not guaranteed. It includes a peer review of your unique offerings, transmission, and arc of personal development. You may be asked to complete additional training in order to receive certification.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Throughout your 2nd and 3rd year, you will be given multiple opportunities to teach others and receive feedback intended to refine your skillset, offering, transmission and deepen your impact. For certification track participants, you may be invited to teach masculine & feminine embodiment or sexual intimacy practices in private or public immersions. Other teaching opportunities include the weekly live embodiment practice calls and teaching cohorts.
